Kalundborg County has 7 wonderful libraries - a main library in Kalundborg city and 6 other departments spread out over the county.

How to become a library user?
That's so easy. You can do it from your coach at home by using NemID. Everybody over 15 can register as users in Kalundborg Libraries and can be allowed access to all materials and digital services. All that you need is a NemID. Find the library's website and log on using your health security number and a PIN of your own choice.

Register at your local library.
You can also choose to register at one of our libraries in Kalundborg County. All you need is yourDanish health insurance card (sygesikringsbevis).
Children and teenagers under 15 years of age require an approval/signature from a parent or a guardian when they are being registered at one of our libraries.

When joining the library, you will have to choose a PIN code. Checkout of library materials requires a health insurance card (sygesikringsbevis) and a self-selected PIN. You borrow and return the library materials at our self-service machines.
